PHENOLIC RESINS:-

This is a condensation product of Phenol and Formaldehyde which is manufactured as Resole or Novolac. Phenolic Resins are also classified into Modified and Unmodified Phenolic Resins. DPCL offers vide range of Phenolic Resins which goes for various applications like Adhesive, Foundry, Hot Tops & Tundish, Refractory, Brake Liners, Glass Wool, Rubber and Tyre etc. We are one of the few companies in the world which manufactures Phenolic Resins for all kinds of applications.

UNSATURATED POLYESTER RESINS:-

DPCL manufactures and offers unsaturated polyester resins which are Orthothalic base, Isophthalic base, Terepthalic base & Epoxy base which are known in the market as General Purpose Resins, Isophalic resins, Terepthalic & Vinyl Ester Resins respectively. Unsaturated Polyester resins are used with glass fibre to manufacture FRP products.

SATURATED POLYESTER RESINS:-

DPCL offers Saturated Polyester Resins which goes into manufacturing of coating material for Steel Coils and Steel Structures.

TERPENE PHONOLIC RESINS:-

Terpene Phenolic Resin is thermoplastic polymers.

They are soluble in all proportion in petroleum solvents, mineral and vegetable oils, aromatic and local tar solvents, long chain alcohols, Esters and Ketones. However, they are insoluble in water, and lower molecular weight alcohols.

Terpene Phenolic Resins are used as tackifiers in Tyres and other Rubber products. Also widely used as tackifier in hot melt adhesives and printing inks and coatings.

They are available having wide range of softening points. 

They are compatible with Natural and Synthetic Rubber, Rosins, Ester Gums, Alkyds, Plasticizes and Waxes.

POLYAMIDE RESIN:-
Reactive Polyamide Resin:-

This is reactive polyamide resin which is used for curing of epoxy resins. This is widely used in epoxy polyamide paints and coatings and as hardener for epoxy adhesives.

Polyamide cured epoxy coatings have excellent corrosion resistance to solvents, chemicals, mild acids, alkalis and marine condition. 

Non – Reactive Polyamide Resin:-

This is a thermoplastic type of Non – Reactive Resin. It can be either co-solvent or Alcohol soluble. Polyamide based liquid printing inks are used on absorbent flexible surfaces such as polyethylene and aluminium foils.

KETONIC  RESIN:-

Ketonic Resin is compatible with alcohol, esters, nitrocellulose etc. They are freely miscible with short oil alkyds, amino resins, phenolic resins and polyamide resins. They are also soluble in alcohols, glycols, ketones, esters, chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons.

Ketonic Resins are widely used in paints, inks and coatings to improve adhesion, hardness, gloss and pigment wetting etc.

ESTER GUM:-

This is a glycerol ester of gum rosin. It is suitable for making chewing gums,  adhesives etc.

MALEIC MODIFIED ROSIN DERIVATIVE:-

This is a modified rosin ester. It imparts high gloss and hardness to the printing inks and coating enamels. It gives excellent drying properties to the printing inks and coatings.

ROSIN MODIFIED PHENOLIC:-

This is a very hard phenolic resin. It is suitable for off-set, gravure and heat set printing ink. Gives excellent hardness and high gloss.

FORTIFIED ROSIN SOAP SIZE:-

This is a fortified rosin soap size. It is recommended for use under acidic pH to size all grades of papers. They are available in various concentrations to suit the method of sizing.

ROSIN EMULSION SIZE:-

It is highly efficient emulsion size with high free rosin content. It is used for sizing of paper in neutral conditions i.e., pH 6.5 to 7.5.
